Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a complaint is resolved

7. Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary — session management and CSRF protection. These cannot be disabled.
Functional — remembering your postcode and search preferences across visits.
Analytics — understanding how pages are used so we can improve the platform. No data is shared with advertising networks.
You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner on your first visit, or through your browser settings. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the platform.
8. Data security
We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.2+. Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to perform their role. Payment card data is never stored by us — it is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS-certified infrastructure.
9. International transfers
Our primary infrastructure is located in the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred outside the UK (for example, to Stripe in the US), we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data receives equivalent protection.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
